I have been playing pretty good golf lately and a friend asked me to join his softball team because it’s coed and they need a couple more girls. I said yes but someone told me it would mess up my golf swing. Is this true? Thanks in advance.

All my female friends went off playing golf during the weekend then the others went doing a half marathon. I hate golf and right now i really hate it with a passion. They are moaning all day about the pains in the legs too these women. What about me what about me girls no one cares that I had a weird cat following me and Celine Dion singing. I had my second knee surgery almost 8 weeks ago. Today was the first time I have tried to play golf since September 15th because of pain and recovery. My issue is I can’t remember how to swing the club anymore. I know what to do in my mind, but my body just isn’t working the way I am thinking it should. I am most frustrated because after my ACL surgery the first time I picked a club up and played I shot a 76. What can I do to get back to my old form?
